Serafín Moral Callejón
Also known as Serafin Moral
Serafín Moral Callejón is a University of Granada researcher whose work applies probabilistic methods to artificial intelligence. His 1985 thesis explored fuzzy information and relations between probability and possibility, and the university appointed him as a professor in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in 1988. Papers from 1993 to 2019 covered uncertainty propagation, imprecise-probability inference, Bayes classification and concept drift. As of October 2026, he is a full professor in Granada's Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, with current work on Bayesian networks for explainable AI.
