1. By 2022

   Dean of Woxsen's business school

   By 2022, he is Dean of the Woxsen School of Business in Hyderabad, a school accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EFMD that runs a Center of Excellence in AI and Robotics.

2. By 2023

   Degrees and global partnerships

   Born in Pontevedra, Spain, he earns a BA in sociology and psychology at St. Xavier's College in Mumbai, and an MBA and a master's in big data at Universidad Internacional Isabel I de Castilla. By 2023, he holds a PhD in artificial intelligence and robotic process automation applications in human resources from San Miguel University in Mexico, and Woxsen has partnered with more than 50 universities in 35 countries under his leadership.

3. 2023

   Editing Coded Leadership

   In 2023, he co-edits Coded Leadership: Developing Scalable Management in an AI-induced Quantum World with Pinisetti Swami Sairam and Hemachandran K, published by CRC Press. The book addresses leadership and organizational performance in an AI-induced world of quantum computing.

4. October 2024

   Industry partnerships and AI workshop

   In October 2024, Times Higher Education Campus publishes his article with Hemachandran K on how Indian universities can close the country's skills gap through industry partnerships. As Vice President of Woxsen, he leads a workshop on practical applications of AI in education for staff at the University of Ljubljana's School of Economics and Business when the two schools sign an MoU.

5. February 2025

   Co-editing Necrobotics for Healthcare

   In February 2025, Elsevier publishes Necrobotics for Healthcare Applications and Management, which he co-edits with Hemachandran Kannan, Murugappan Murugappan, Sivaramakrishnan Rajaraman and Rajesh Kumar K V. The book explores the convergence of robotics, technology and healthcare.

6. June 2025

   An IBM alliance and ACAO board

   In June 2025, Woxsen signs a five-year MoU with IBM India that covers its MBA in Business Analytics and its BBA in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, with him quoted as Vice President. He is elected to the ACAO Board of Directors for the 2025–2028 term.

7. 2026

   Poets&Quants Best 40 Under 40

   In 2026, Poets&Quants names him to its list of the world's 40 best graduate business professors under 40, which weights teaching excellence 70% and research impact 30%. Woxsen announces the recognition in May 2026.

8. As of October 2026

   Vice President at Woxsen

   He is Vice President of Woxsen University in Hyderabad and holds the Sir Cary Cooper Professorship in Organisational Behaviour. His research builds computational models of systemic failure, including Universal Failure Theory, for organizations, markets and public systems.
