    In 2023, he coauthors The Semantic Scholar Open Data Platform, a system that helps scholars discover and understand scientific literature. It builds the Semantic Scholar Academic Graph from public and proprietary data and provides a data pipeline and APIs.

    The Semantic Reader Project

    He coauthors The Semantic Reader Project, a 2023 collaboration to create dynamic reading interfaces for research papers. The project develops ten prototypes, studies usability with more than 300 participants, and provides PaperMage and PaperCraft for building interactive readers.

    Ai2 Scholar QA

    In April 2025, he coauthors Ai2 Scholar QA, a free online application for scientific question answering. The paper presents an open-source Python package and interactive web app, with paper indexes available through public APIs and downloadable datasets.

    AstaBench for AI research

    In October 2025, he coauthors AstaBench, a benchmark suite for AI agents that support scientific research. It evaluates systems on tasks such as literature review, experiment replication and data analysis.

    Olmo 3 open language models

    In December 2025, he coauthors Olmo 3, a family of fully open 7B and 32B language models. The release includes code, model checkpoints and training details.
