Fabián Delgado

Fabián Delgado is a technology leader whose work includes open-source MCP servers for government data and a guide to business AI agents. At AGESIC, he and colleagues presented an OpenShift and Drupal update in 2019. He holds a master’s in cybersecurity from the University of Valencia and a degree in Informatics Engineering from the University of Burgos, and by April 2026 he had more than 15 years of experience building critical systems at Rappi, Tiendamia, Ueno Bank and AGESIC. In April 2026, he worked as an independent AI consultant and built open-source MCP servers for government data. He published a guide to business AI agents in October 2026 and, as of October 2026, is co-founder and CTO of DobleD, a Uruguayan platform for appointment systems and digital signage.
