    Engenuity and an Xbox demo

In November 2005, Engenuity acquires BioGraphic, and he becomes its chief technology officer. In 2006, he presents the AIIDE demo “Believable and Reactive Crowds in Next Generation Games,” which runs on an Xbox 360 and shows pedestrians and vehicles moving through a downtown before a terrorist attack triggers panic.

  4. 2007–2011

    Founding Grip Entertainment

In July 2007, he founds GripHeavyIndustries, known as Grip Entertainment, which creates AI characters for game developers. In November 2011, Autodesk acquires Grip's AI technology; Kruszewski, co-founder Aaron Davey and the other developers join Autodesk.
