Paul L. Rosin
Also known as Paul Rosin, P. L. Rosin
Paul Rosin is a professor at Cardiff University, where he works on computer vision. The International Association for Pattern Recognition made him a Fellow in 2018 for contributions to image processing and computer vision. In 2014, Efficient Circular Thresholding appeared in IEEE Transactions on Image Processing. A 2018 paper on recovering content from X-ray scans of damaged historic scrolls lists him as a co-author. In 2025 he co-authored LGA-Net, a sparse-scribble colorization method presented at the International Conference on Computer Vision.
