Neha Singh
Neha Singh is an electronics researcher at Manipal University Jaipur whose research spans image processing, machine learning and VLSI design. She earned a B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2004 and an M.Tech. in VLSI Design in 2009, then completed an image-processing PhD in 2020. Her 2017 paper examined false watermark extraction and rewatermarking, and her 2021 patent carried the title B-ATM Transaction: Biometric Transaction Authorization based on user location Verification. In 2025, she organized an IC-design short course and taught VLSI and image processing at Manipal's International Summer School. She coauthored a machine-learning paper on ripple-carry-adder design in 2026 and is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in Manipal's ECE department as of October 2026.
