Researcher

Harry Saini

Harry Saini is an artificial intelligence researcher whose work spans language models and flow-matching models for image synthesis and editing. After earning a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur and interning at AlphaICs Corporation in 2021, he served as a member at the AI Vulnerability Database, collaborated with CarperAI, and worked at Stability AI from 2022 to 2024 as a machine-learning engineer and research engineer. In 2024, he coauthored the Stable LM 2 1.6B Technical Report and Scaling Rectified Flow Transformers for High-Resolution Image Synthesis, which won a Best Paper award at ICML 2024. Since April 2024, he is a founding member at Black Forest Labs in California, where he coauthored the FLUX.1 Kontext image generation and editing model in June 2025.
