Caroline Lair

Caroline Lair is an AI entrepreneur and investor whose work connects inclusion, ethics, and climate action. She joined Hardware Club as a partner after working at Apple in 2015 and co-founded Women in AI in Paris in 2016. Forbes included her among France’s Top 50 women technology pioneers in 2018, and she wrote about AI gender bias and contributed to a Big Data ethics roundtable in 2019. She founded The Good AI in 2021 and gave a TEDxHUBerlin talk about using AI to address climate change and human rights. As of October 2026, she works as an investor and speaker; she is also a graduate of emlyon and Lyon III.
