Brian Evergreen

Brian Evergreen is an AI strategy adviser and author who helps business leaders plan for AI. He started a chess education company before he joined Accenture in 2014. From Accenture, he moved through roles at Amazon and Microsoft, where he became Global Head of Autonomous AI Co-Innovation at Microsoft Research in 2021. In 2023, he published Autonomous Transformation; Thinkers50 shortlisted the book for its 2023 award and included it in its 2024 management book list, while Edelman and Thinkers50 named him to AI and leadership lists in 2025. As of October 2026, he is founder of The Future Solving Company and advises Fortune 500 companies on AI.

    In 2023, he leaves Microsoft to start a coaching business and publishes Autonomous Transformation, which argues for a shift from digital to autonomous transformation.

    A shortlist and booklist

    Thinkers50 shortlists Autonomous Transformation for its Breakthrough Idea Award in 2023 and names it one of its Top 10 Best New Management Books in 2024.

  6. 2025

    AI and leadership recognition

    In 2025, Edelman names him one of its Top 50 AI Creators You Need to Know, and Thinkers50 selects him as one of the Top 30 Thinkers Redefining Leadership. He launches The Future Solving Club, a group for senior executives and guest thinkers.
