Postdoctoral research at Shenzhen University
They serve as a postdoctoral fellow at Shenzhen University from August 2017 to April 2020.
-
2020
Brain tumor growth prediction
In 2020, they coauthor GP-GAN, a stacked 3D generative adversarial network for brain tumor growth prediction, published in Neural Networks.
-
2021–2024
Associate researcher at Shenzhen University
From January 2021 to December 2024, they serve as an associate researcher at Shenzhen University.
-
2023
A MICCAI best paper award
Their coauthored work receives the 2023 Best Paper Award at the MICCAI International Workshop on Computational Mathematics Modeling in Cancer Analysis.
-
2024
ICH-SCNet for hemorrhage prognosis
In 2024, they coauthor ICH-SCNet, a multitask network for intracerebral hemorrhage segmentation and prognosis classification. It uses a SAM-CLIP cross-modal mechanism to combine medical text and segmentation information with neuroimaging.

September 2025
Clinical-prior fusion for lung cancer
At MICCAI in September 2025, they coauthor a paper on clinical-prior guided fusion for histological subtyping of lung cancer in CT scans. Its CM-DAC framework aligns 3D image patches with clinical records through cross-modal hierarchical fusion.
-
September 2025
A network for small lung lesions
At MICCAI in September 2025, they coauthor MMCAF-Net for lung disease classification. It uses a feature pyramid and 3D multi-scale convolutional attention to extract lesion-specific features, with cross-attention for multimodal data integration.
-
Since 2025
Assistant professor at Tsinghua SIGS
In November 2025, they join Tsinghua SIGS as an assistant professor. They are also a PhD supervisor. Their research focuses on trustworthy AI for medical image analysis, especially brain disease diagnosis and prognosis. In 2026, they coauthor a study on Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis using multimodal sparse similarity feature selection and auxiliary data.
