Benjamin Chamberlain

Benjamin Chamberlain is a machine learning researcher whose work connects customer prediction with graph neural networks. At ASOS, he coauthored a 2017 customer lifetime value system that estimated each customer's future value daily, and a 2021 paper he coauthored proposed a model that evolves graph features and topology together. He earned a physics degree at the University of Oxford and a graph machine learning PhD at Imperial College London; Corinium named him one of the UK's Top 50 Innovators in data and analytics in 2019. His graph bottleneck paper received an ICLR Honorable Mention in 2022, and he worked on graph ML at Twitter; in 2023 he chaired the Learning on Graphs Conference program committee while serving as Principal ML Engineer at Charm Therapeutics.
