Huaguang Zhang

Huaguang Zhang is a control researcher whose work spans adaptive dynamic programming, neural networks, and nonlinear control. He earned a doctorate in industrial automation from Southeast University in 1991. His 2012 book explores neural networks and value and policy iteration for time-delay nonlinear systems. IEEE named him a Fellow in 2015 for work on recurrent neural-network stability and nonlinear control, and IAPR named him a Fellow in 2018 for work on recurrent time-delay networks and weak-signal identification.
