Huan Liu
Huan Liu’s research addresses high-dimensional data and the computational analysis of social information. Liu studies feature selection and discretization for high-dimensional data. His research also investigates combining multiple data sources and using domain knowledge to address ambiguity in mining tasks. Liu co-authored Social Media Mining: An Introduction, published by Cambridge University Press in 2014. The book connects his social computing research with a teaching resource.
