Zain Kahn

Zain Kahn cofounded the AI newsletter Superhuman with his brother Awais in 2023 and writes a short daily brief on AI news and tools. He moved from Pakistan to Canada in 2016, worked in marketing, and left an edtech job in April 2023 to run the newsletter full time. Superhuman passed 300,000 subscribers in 2023 and 800,000 by mid-2024, and by July 2026 it had over 2 million subscribers. He co-hosts the podcast Superhuman AI: Decoding the Future with Hassan Bhatti.

  4. June 2023

    Writing the issues himself

    By June 2023, Superhuman has more than 300,000 subscribers, and sold-out ad spots bring in six figures a month. He writes the newsletter content himself. ChatGPT helps with subject lines and proofreading, and the list passes 135,000 readers within three months.

  5. 2024

    Passing 800,000 subscribers

    By mid-2024, Superhuman has over 800,000 subscribers. Daily issues cover artificial intelligence and the latest AI tools.

  6. July 2026

    Two million subscribers

    By July 2026, the newsletter has over 2 million subscribers.

  7. As of October 2026

    A daily brief and podcast

    Issues in October 2026 carry his byline on Superhuman AI. The newsletter offers a way to learn AI in 3 minutes a day, with the latest AI news and tools. He co-hosts Superhuman AI: Decoding the Future with Hassan Bhatti.
