Tomasz Trzciński
Also known as Tomasz Trzcinski
Tomasz Trzciński works on computer vision and efficient machine learning. His publications connect image descriptors with learning from 3D point clouds. He earned an EPFL doctorate in 2014, following a 2010 master’s degree at UPC and Politecnico di Torino. He coauthored the 2015 paper Learning Image Descriptors with Boosting with Christoudias and Lepetit. The paper studies learning visual image descriptors. He was an associate professor at Jagiellonian University from 2020 to 2023. He also led the Warsaw Computer Vision Lab.
