Richard Szeliski
Richard Szeliski studies computer vision, graphics and computational photography. His work includes 3D modelling from images, motion estimation and image-based rendering. Szeliski published Bayesian Modeling of Uncertainty in Low-Level Vision in 1989. He published Computer Vision: Algorithms and Applications in 2010 and a second edition in 2022. He offers public electronic versions of both editions. He returned from retirement to Google Research in June 2022. He continues to work on 3D image-based modelling, neural rendering and computational photography.
