Richard Hartley

Richard Hartley and Andrew Zisserman published the second edition of Multiple View Geometry in Computer Vision in March 2004. Their book covers epipolar geometry, the fundamental matrix and the trifocal tensor. Hartley and Hongdong Li developed software for five-point and six-point essential-matrix estimation. His optimization tutorials include one with Fredrik Kahl in 2006. Hartley received the 2011 PAMI Distinguished Researcher Award.
