Mikey Shulman is an AI builder and Suno’s co-founder and CEO; its music tools turn short text prompts into full songs. His 2015 Harvard physics doctorate studied semiconductor spin qubits for quantum information and metrology. He played in bands in high school and college, then became Kensho’s first machine-learning hire and head of machine learning while teaching machine learning at MIT Sloan. In May 2024, he announced a $125 million Suno raise; in November 2025, he announced its partnership with Warner Music Group. TIME named him to the 2026 TIME100 AI list; as of October 2026, he is Suno’s co-founder and CEO and has introduced v6 models developed with Warner Music Group, BMG, and Believe.
