Daniela Amodei
Daniela Amodei is Anthropic's cofounder, president, and board chair. She helps lead the organization behind Claude with Dario Amodei and the other founders. In a 2023 interview, she described leaving OpenAI with colleagues, building a new language model, and moving from a research-focused first year toward a product. Anthropic named her president in 2021. The company introduced Claude more broadly in 2023 and later offered a service for larger organizations.
