Bo An
Bo An researches how autonomous agents negotiate, learn and allocate resources, with shared work applying game theory to security and conservation. An conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Southern California with Milind Tambe from October 2010 to June 2012. His doctoral work at Massachusetts Amherst received the 2010 Victor Lesser Distinguished Dissertation Award. He led the HogRider team that won the Microsoft Collaborative AI Challenge in 2017. His research group’s TradeMaster platform applies reinforcement learning in financial technology.
