Timeline

  1. October 2025

    A master's and AI agents

By October 2025, he holds a master's degree in computer engineering from Syracuse University. He teaches Cornell's Building AI Agents course and co-chairs the AI Innovation Accelerator, a multi-institution consortium of more than 80 member organizations.

  2. December 2025

    AI Payflow for invoices

In December 2025, Boucher is a project author of AI Payflow, a tool that extracts invoice data, validates it against university systems, and drafts resolution emails.

  3. May 2026

    Workplace AI and fellows

In May 2026, Cornell announces that he will co-lead its Workplace Innovation and Impact Team. A three-year, $1.25 million seed grant supports an AI fellows program focused on operational and administrative transformation.

  4. September 2026

    A multi-agent evidence preprint

In September 2026, he coauthors the preprint MES, which presents a multi-agent framework for source-grounded medical evidence synthesis. MES coordinates six specialized agents to retrieve literature and trial evidence, analyze real-world cohorts, query biomedical knowledge graphs, and verify claims against cited evidence.

  5. As of October 2026

    Leading Cornell AI adoption

As of October 2026, he is executive director of Cornell's AI Innovation Hub, Head of AI Innovations, and a lecturer at Cornell Bowers. He coordinates the university's AI tool rollout, technical support, and training for faculty and staff.
