Tova Milo

Also known as טובה מילוא

Tova Milo is a computer scientist at Tel Aviv University whose work on data management now reaches into large language models. She joined the university as a lecturer in 1995 and became a full professor in 2007. A 2010 PODS award honored her paper on checking XML transformations, and she was elected an ACM Fellow in 2012. In 2017 she received the Weizmann Prize for Exact Sciences, and in 2025 she co-authored a paper on a generative AI digital tutor for higher education courses. As of October 2026, she is dean of the Faculty of Exact Sciences at Tel Aviv University.
