Suchi Saria
Suchi Saria is a Johns Hopkins computer scientist who uses machine learning on health records to spot illness early. She moves from Mount Holyoke College to Stanford University, where she completes a doctorate in 2011. A 2010 preterm-infant study and a 2015 TREWScore paper on septic shock, both co-authored by her, concern illness prediction. In 2021 Bayesian Health comes out of stealth, and TIME names her to its 2026 TIME100 AI list. As of October 2026, she is founder and CEO of Bayesian Health.
