Siddhartha Mishra
Siddhartha Mishra works on scientific computing and machine learning for physical models. His documented AI work includes neural operators for solving differential equations. Mishra received the 2019 Collatz and Infosys prizes, the 2021 Dahlquist Prize and the 2023 ETH Rössler Prize. Mishra’s January 2024 seminar describes operator learning: learning mappings from equation inputs to solutions. It discusses representation-equivalent neural operators and a convolutional neural operator for PDE benchmarks. Mishra works in ETH’s Computational and Applied Mathematics laboratory and Department of Mathematics.
