Piyush Prahladka
Piyush Prahladka is a software engineer and AI founder whose work spans Google search, enterprise search, and sales software. He led Google's Maps and Search Quality Ranking teams from 2005 to 2017, built Google Helpouts, and developed Uber Transit and shared-bike products. He co-founded Glean in 2019 and helped build its enterprise search prototype; in spring 2023, Glean launched a conversational AI assistant grounded in company knowledge. As of October 2026, he is co-founder and CEO of Aida, which builds an LLM-powered chief of staff for sales teams.
