Erik J. Sandewall
Erik J. Sandewall researched cognitive robotics and interaction, while also developing ways to communicate and publish scientific results electronically. Sandewall spent a year at Stanford’s AI Laboratory in 1966–1967 and earned a doctorate at Uppsala in 1969. These experiences formed part of his early research training in mathematics and computer science. He took a one-year sabbatical at LAAS in Toulouse in 1993–1994.
