Brian Venturo

Brian Venturo co-founded CoreWeave, an AI cloud company built around specialized accelerated computing.   1. 2007–2012

    Economics and energy finance

    He holds a B.A. in economics from Haverford College. From 2007 to 2012, he manages energy and emissions portfolios at Natsource Asset Management.

  2. 2013–2018

    A partner at Hudson Ridge

    From 2013 to 2018, he is a partner at Hudson Ridge Asset Management, a natural-gas hedge fund.

  3. 2017

    From mining to AI cloud

    In 2017, he co-founds Atlantic Crypto, a cryptocurrency-mining venture that pivots into AI and GPU cloud services.

  4. 2017–2024

    Building the AI cloud

    The venture becomes CoreWeave, which launches in New Jersey in 2017 with a focus on specialized, accelerated computing. For the company’s first seven years, he serves as CTO and builds the technical foundation for its AI cloud platform.

  5. 2024

    Strategy for AI infrastructure

    In 2024, he becomes Chief Strategy Officer and publishes a CoreWeave article on AI-driven data-center design.

  6. 2025

    A public market debut

    CoreWeave goes public in March 2025. In May 2025, he joins the Dell Technologies World discussion of Big AI as a company co-founder.

    In July 2025, he discusses GPU cloud infrastructure, CoreWeave’s Aston Martin F1 deal, and competitive pressure on late entrants on a TBPN program.
