Ana Helena Ulbrich

Ana Helena Ulbrich is a pharmacist who co-founded NoHarm, an AI system that alerts hospital pharmacists to prescriptions outside the norm. She worked as a pharmacist at Grupo Hospitalar Conceição, where she reviewed about two hundred prescriptions a day. Together with her brother Henrique Dias, she set up NoHarm as a non-profit institute in 2019, and its platform evaluated its first prescription at Santa Casa de Porto Alegre in 2020. TIME named her to its TIME100 AI list in 2025, and Forbes Brasil included her in its 2026 list of powerful women in Brazil. As of October 2026, she is responsible pharmacist and director of NoHarm.
