Akshat Bubna
Akshat Bubna is co-founder and CTO of Modal, a compute platform for AI and data workloads. Earlier, in 2014, he won gold at the International Olympiad in Informatics, from the Amity International School. In June 2021 he spoke at a Scale AI tech talk as an engineering manager there. He and Erik Bernhardsson founded Modal in 2021 to make data and machine learning developers more productive. In July 2026 he returned to Latent Space to discuss building the agent cloud.
