Aki Vehtari
Vehtari coauthored the third edition of Bayesian Data Analysis with Andrew Gelman and other collaborators in 2013. He connects the book with online courses and practical statistical computing. He coauthored Regression and Other Stories in 2020 with Gelman and Jennifer Hill, and Active Statistics in 2024 with Gelman. Both address practical work with data and statistical models. Vehtari has worked with the Stan development team and ArviZ. He has also contributed to loo, projpred and posterior, tools for model checking, comparison and Bayesian workflows.
